Change Employee Pay Period Schedule

Hi,

Using version 11.2.5 on Ubuntu with PHP 7.0.32

Just added a new Pay Period Schedule to handle temp employees. Regular employees have a two-week pay period that starts on a Friday. Temp employees will have a one-week pay period that starts on a Sunday.

I've created the new Temp pay period and moved the two temp employees from the Regular pay period to the Temp pay period.

How can I move their existing time to show under the Temp pay period for reporting purposes? We have to give this to the temp agency.

While its not exactly your situation, its very close and explains the general process, specifically the last step (#7) regarding importing data into the new pay period schedule.
