Error in Last Years W3

I have an error that the IRS wrote me about and I don't know how to find/fix. The medicare wages shown in box 5 are different (more) than the wages in boxes 1 & 3. I assume that there was a difference in what I counted towards wages for medicare vs. the other two. But when I run the W3 for this year, the amounts are the same. How can I find/fix the error to get straight with the IRS?

Looking at my quarterly 941 reports, the higher total for the medicare wages matches teh 941 report totals, and the different totals in the 941 reports all match. So this is just a problem with teh W3 report, and just for 2017.

Are the amounts correct if you run the W2 for 2017 again?

If not, under Report -> Tax Reports -> Form W2/W3, then click the "Form Setup" tab, you likely have Include/Exclude accounts setup differently for Box 1, 3 and 5.

That was it, thanks. There was something included in box 5 which was not in the other, and was used in 2017 but not 2018. I just couldn't remember where to find those entries.
