Station policy issues

We have the station id policy turned on. I’ve been putting the station ids and user ids in the timetrex.station_include table (if there is an easier way to allow the person to workstation, I would greatly appreciate this knowledge). The issue is, that the same people keep being denied from their workstations even after I have added them to said table.

So, how do I make it so that I add them to the table once and so long as they don’t change computers, be able to punch in? Or if that can’t be done, how do I turn off the policy? I don’t have the time or resources to continually go and insert new records in this table for people that I have already inserted into this table.

We are running version 3.0.0 of the software.

TimeTrex v3.0 hasn't been supported for over a decade, please upgrade as soon as possible.
