Is there a way to calculate the year-end bonus and schedule the posting of the employee earning say on the 2nd week of December? I tried doing this on the Pay Stub Amendment page but I can't find a way to use the YTD regular pay as a factor in the calculation.

We are using this simple math:

• 13th month pay = YTD regular pay / 12

Pay Stub Amendments are for manually calculated fixed amounts or basic percent amounts. These can also be imported from Excel/CSV too of course.

If you are looking for more advanced calculations you can use Payroll -> Tax/Deduction records for that.

I see. In this case, we'll just simply do the math externally and import the values to the Pay Stub Amendments page.
