Hi, I have a problem sending a message. When a regular employee send a message to anyone the recipient shows blank (--). I already checked messages from Employee Preferences

By default employees can only send a message to their supervisor, but in order to determine who their supervisor is a hierarchy needs to be setup under Admin -> Company -> Hierarchy.

Do I have to make for each employee a separate Hierarchy list?
I have 9 regular employees.
Can you show me an example how the hierarchy must be?

Usually, you only need to make one hierarchy for each superior/supervisor, which lists the superior and their subordinates.
