Unable to export Accrual Balance Report

Post by lstoumbos »

I don't know if this happens in other reports, but with the Accrual Balance Report I am unable to export the information to an Excel file. My Internet Explorer complains saying.

Internet Explorer cannot download AccrualBalanceSummary.php from mydomain.com

Also when I press display report the report pops up twice not once. So I get reports displaying the same thing instead of 1.

Couple things to note. I run this site from a SSL connection. Also I am using internet explorer 7, but I think it has more to do with https instead of http.

PHP 5.1.2
Linux 2.6
MySQL 5.0.24a
TT 1.4.2

We've heard of a few instances where IE7 has issues with our reports. If I recall changing some security/popup settings fixed it, but I'm not sure which ones. Try Firefox just to confirm that the report does in fact work.

We'll be looking into this more before v1.5.0 is out of beta testing.

Did you try allowing all popups from the domain where you host TimeTrex? As well as allow all file downloads from the same domain?

Yea I turned the popups on. I actually added my domain to the trusted sites and even went in and allowed download files from the secrity tab. I might be missing another option(s). I will check into tomorrow.

Another thought will be to check into the js security settings.
