Pay Stub Wage Decimals

How do I set the pay stub data to display all wage info with 2 decimal places?

This depends on the locale settings you are using.

Which country and language are the employees using?

Which operating system are you using?

We are US and English. It is running on Ubuntu linux server.

Locales on Ubuntu can be a little tricky, make sure you have all the locales installed. The package name that you can use to install might be:

locales-all

There is no locales-all package on Ubuntu. I added the language-pack-en and updated the locales-en-US and locales-en-US.UTF-8 but I still am not seeing 2 decimal places in the Timetrex pay stub forms.

Unfortunately Ubuntu seems to have a severely broken locale system.

Would it be possible to have future program updates handle this within the program and not rely on the quirky locales functions in various operating systems?

Unfortunately because there are so many different locales (easily a few hundred) TimeTrex has to rely on the operating system to determine the different information that it needs, rather then including and maintaining that information ourselves.

We are working on adding better support for the different operating systems, it does take time and a lot of testing to get right though.
