Who has not logged in?

I know I can see who has logged in. Is it possible to see a list of who has not logged in for a day?

You mean who is scheduled to work, and who has not punched in yet? Not currently. Though the exception list may give you a clue if you have Unscheduled Absence exceptions enabled.
