Hi,
I installed time trex and created departments. Each department has a manager and under him different employees. I am trying to give the managers access to their employees time sheet but it either gives all the employees time sheet access or it does not give any employees access except his own. Can any one help with this so that i can give the managers only access to their department employees and not other employees. I assigned the managers to supervisor (subordinates only) group.

As shawn said before your permissions are messed before. You need to have hierarchies all correct. Make departments, assign employees to the department and assign hierarchies to the department. That way they should see only their own employees.
