Change Password & Login

I went in to TimeTrex the day before yesterday and changed our login, email and password and none of them work now. Could someone please advise how to bypass when after the email was changed the email is not recognized?

What URL do you use to log into TimeTrex normally?

None of the instructions in this chain worked for us. I just need a simple answer as to why, when I changed our login to my name and my email address it is not recognized?

It's likely that the username/password/email address that you are entering doesn't match what is in TimeTrex.
