Delayed Alert

Post by elizaHR »

Is it possible to set an exception/alert to be triggered after a set time period? For example, is it possible to trigger the alert 15 min after the start of the scheduled check in? So as to give the employee a buffer period before supervisors are notified? Also, can different people be notified with each exception? So for example, if the employee does not check in 5 min after the scheduled start time, set the alert to be sent to only the employee as a reminder that they are late. But if the employee does not check in within 5 min to 15 min, then set the alert to be sent to the employee and the supervisor?

The Grace Period feature may meet your needs.

For more information please see the Exception Policies section of the Administrator Guide:

Unfortunately that ability isn't available.
