Good Day Everyone,
How do you adjust the work week to reflect the proper hours worked for the pay period? I have adjusted the work week to be correct, as I have also gone in and what seems to be the correct method on altering the OT by going to the Pay Period Schedule under the Advanced tab and changing the Overtime Week to what the desired days will be. And I have attached this to the active employees as their pay period schedules. All this, and it has not corrected the issue. When I pull a report of hours worked during the pay period stated, it still shows the incorrect hours and OT. It is showing a work week of time based on Monday thru Sunday, instead of our Wednesday thru Tuesday.
I'm sure it is a small thing I am missing on this adjustment, but I just can't seem to figure it out.
Any help would be appreciated.
