Greetings. I am looking for some help configuring Time-Trex for a commission only small business. Time is only used for accountability purposes, and is not related to pay.
Employees are expected to work 40 hours per week in 5 8-hour days. Any time short of 40 hours is deducted from their Flex-Time (timebank) account of 80 hours/year. Any time worked over 40 hours per week should deposit into the flex time account.
Ideally, if an employee only worked a 6 hour day, it would deduct 2 hours from the time bank. If they worked a 10 hour day the next day, it would deposit 2 hours.
Alternatively, no deposit is also an option, but it would need to calculate on a weekly basis, not daily.
Any help of ideas with setting this up correctly would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
