Quick Punch

Hi, new user here. I'm having trouble with Quick Punches. From the TimeTrex app, I get "Invalid Data" when I attempt to enter a quick punch ID and password. When I attempt to log in as a quick punch from the online interface, I get a "this user ID does not exist or the password is incorrect". I set them both myself, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any suggestions?

The TimeTrex app only works with paid editions of TimeTrex, it does not work with the Community Edition of TimeTrex.

The App Store listing for the TimeTrex app mentions it on the very first line:
