Overtime and Total Time for the Day

I start work at 7:30 a.m. without lunch or breaks and end my work day at 4:45 p.m. I am getting an error M1 and M2 on my timesheet and it's not totaling my hours that I worked. What am I not doing right?

Can you please post a full uncropped screenshot of the timesheet in question?
