TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Can TimeTrex be set up so that a person can just punch into a new department without punching out of the old one? Could punching into a new department automatically add an out punch to the old one?

Thanks a lot. I was looking from the admin point of view, not an individual puncher. I see it now.
