Trying to capture in late and out early time and not just "undertime"

Hello,
We are using TT Community version 11.5.0 automatically installed on a windows server in the USA - ohio. Love it.
We have a docking policy for those who show up late or leave early. The TT schedule policy feature is able to capture shift "undertime" but not in late or out early time. In some instances these would be the same, however with our unpaid break policy, an employee could be 30min late, but not take their 30min break and it would not count as "undertime" , additionally an employee could be 30min late, but stay 30min after and "undertime" would not be triggered. Currently we handle enacting the policy using report exports, spreadsheets, and paystub amendments.
Just wanted to throw this out there in case anyone knew of any easier / more elegant solutions to this. If there is not currently a better way then this may want to be considered as a future feature suggestion.
