TimeTrex Time and Attendance

After inputting all the information for employees into TimeTrex, is there a way to send a 'Welcome' email automatically to all the employees to allow them to log in and set a password for themselves?

Or do I have to manually create a login+password for each employee and email it to them manually?

If there is such a feature, how do I access / trigger it?

Unfortunately that functionality is not available at this time, but you don't need deal with passwords for employees, as they can use the "Forgot Password" feature to setup their own password. Even if you provided them with a password they would be asked to change it on their first login anyways.
