TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I have been facing issues regarding exceptions. I have set schedule timings from 2:30 PM to 8 PM with grace time of 15 minutes. However, if I punch in and out early/late it does not give me exceptions S3, S4, S5, S6. Please tell me how it works?

Please make sure you have assigned the exception policy to a policy group, along with the necessary employees.
