Many companies count Vacation, Holiday, PTO towards their weekly OT thresholds.
Can this be added. A simple check box in the Absence Policy setup that the calc engine would use to determine if those hours count toward OT.

ability to have Paid Absences count toward OT
Unfortunately it wouldn't be as simple as a checkbox, as you can be sure that many companies wouldn't want all absence time to be counted towards overtime. So the absence policies would need to be individually selected on a per overtime policy basis at the very least.
