Grace period for Over/Under Scheduled Hours Exception Policy

Post by quepasa »

It would be nice to have some sort of Grace Period like setting for the "Over Scheduled Hours" and "Under Scheduled Hours" Exception Policies.

For example, if an employee is scheduled to work for 8 hours, I don't want an exception to be generated if an employee works for 7 hours and 59 minutes, or 8 hours and 1 minute. However, I do want an exception generated if an employee works for less than 7.5 hours (meaning give them a grace period of 30 minutes for the Under Scheduled Hours exception.) I also want an exception if the employee works for more than 8.5 hours (meaning give them a grace period of 30 minutes for the Over Scheduled Hours exception.)

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks,

-Ben

Good idea, I will make sure this is added to our TODO list.
