How much is a custom development contract for customization of pay stubs

Good Afternoon,
I am using timetrex community edition and l want the pay stub customized to print three stubs on 1 page.
I have attached a sample of what l want and I would like to know if it is possible and how much it costs.
I do not want the design of the timetrex pay stub changed but l only want to be able to print 3 pay stubs on 1 page.
