Tax Remittance

Hi Shaun, I just went to print my monthly tax remittance report and it is all messed up and unreadable. Has anyone else had this problem? Running version 7.0.0, thanks!

Unfortunately I'm not able to find the email you would have sent us, could you try sending it again, make sure you reference this thread in the email as well.

Do any other reports have similar issues? Could you send us a copy of your Pay Stub Summary report for the same time period broken out by employee?

Also can you please include screenshots of the "Form Setup" tab in the Remittance Summary report, we need to see the exact details of each dropdown box that you have configured. As well as a screenshot of your Company -> Currency screen would be helpful.

What operating system do you have TimeTrex installed on, and did you originally install TimeTrex from the automated installer or manual .ZIP file?

Windows 7 and yes, the automated installer.

Unfortunately we are unable to replicate that issue on our end, I would recommend upgrading to the latest version of TimeTrex just to see if it make any difference for now.

I'm running the latest version. I just noticed if I use the old interface it works OK.
