Maximum punch out time

Post by fjodevan »

Is there any way to limit a maximum punch out time regardless of how many hours have been worked for such day?
Let's suppose no one can punch out after 7pm (actually it's possible, but the punch out time should be rounded to 7pm).

Example (for these example's sake let's disregard the lunch punches):
normal in: 10 am
normal out: 6 pm
No problems here

normal in: 10 am
normal out: 7 pm
Where still good

normal in: 10 am
normal out: 8 pm
Ops! It should be round to 7pm

normal in: 4 pm
normal out: 8 pm
It also should be round to 7pm. I don't care how many hours were worked

Thanks.

This can be accomplished with conditional rounding policies available in the Professional Edition of TimeTrex.
