Good morning!
Hoping I can get some quick help on this issue, as I am looking forward to trying this software out at my small office and spent some time setting it up yesterday!
I made an account for a cloud based timeclock, did the quick config wizard in full, and then populated the employee list. As far as I can tell, my employees are active and set up as much as they need to be. If I open the login url from another machine, enter one of the quick punch IDs and passcodes, I get a popup "Invalid Data" error with no further explanation. I know it is working up to some point, because when I audit the employee activity for the related employee, I can see a login there. Just need to get past login from their side.

I get this same error for qp on web, mobile and app access. Here is the app from my pixel phone.

The TimeTrex Mobile app and Quick Punch system only supports paid TimeTrex Editions such as the Professional Edition.
