Hi,
I set up a demo account well over 6 months ago.
I keep receiving "late arrival" emails for a staff member.
When I click on all the login links I get the message below. I have no access to cancel/close/stop this account and emails.
Can someone on the tech team PLEASE help. I've sent an email about it before and was just told to come on here even though I advised I have no access to the account. I had to register just to get on here.

Did you install TimeTrex on a different computer by chance? If so, you may need to go to that computer and uninstall it from there.
