Terminating Employees

Post by lsanchez_gutierrez »

I was interested in paying all of the benefits the employee is entitled after his termination date. This also includes some accrued time.

How would you recommend I go about this task? How can I do this in one Pay Stub, or are two necessary because those additional termination earnings (accruals, etc) are not subject to taxes/deductions.

Thanks

You can use pay stub amendments to release accrued amounts. Specifically using the pay stub amendment "Amount Type: Percent", then specifying 100% of an accrual account.
