hi can i take backup i already have version v2.1.0-rc2 can you please explain it

It depends on what database server you are using, you need to take a SQL dump though, you will need to lookup the proper dump procedure in the databases manual.

i didnt install anything i mean just install the installer file and while installing it also install SQL

If you used our installer, then there should be a backup script you can run in the directory which you installed TimeTrex to.
