We can setup a weekly overtime policy of 40 hours.
Can we have a way to have overtime have a cut-off X hours after scheduled time?
e.g.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime Hours: 5:00 PM - X:00 PM
After X PM ---> no overtime
Overtime Policy
You can't do it by time of day, but you can do it by hours worked in the day.
Simply make an additional overtime policy that is active after X hours with a rate of 0.00.
ie:
Real Over-Time
Daily
Active After: 8hrs
Rate: 1.50
No Over-Time
Daily
Active After: 10hrs
Rate: 0.00
This will make it so employees will never get paid more then 2hrs of overtime in a day.
