Deduct time from timebank

Post by Planning »

HI,

I have setup the program to work from 7 - 15.30 from monday to thursday and friday its from 7 to 13:30 with a meal break of 30 min each day.

When they work more then those hours overtime goes to the timebank which works but when they work less i cant seem to figure out how to make this work.

So if a worker wants to use the overtime it can be deducted of the timebank and they can stop early or take a whole day off if they got enough time in the timebank. But this doesnt work i tried the shedule policy the absence policy but i cant make this work can i get some help?

Greatly appreciated

Please provide more details (ie: screenshots) showing your policies and an example timesheet where it is not working, including what you would like to see instead.

Hi Mike,

This is my schedule for the comming month

https://photos.app.goo.gl/UJiSGuZaUbSDRAr7A

Then I have 2 overtime policies to add time to the timebank

Policy if worker works more then 8 hours from monday to thursday then add time to timebank
Policy if worker works more then 6 hours on a friday then add time to timebank

This works fine.. But how do i define that if the worker works less then those hours it has to deduct from the timebank.

I cant figure this out

That is handled by undertime absence policies defined in the schedule policies. See the following for more information:

I have done this already but this has no effect whatsoever.

Do i have to apply this undertime policy to a specific page?

I created this policy again but when the worker punches out early nothing gets deducted and doesnt trigger this policy

Please ensure that this schedule policy with the undertime policies associated with it is also assigned to each of the employees scheduled shifts under Schedule -> Schedules.

Keep in mind you do not need to specify regular/overtime/premium policies in schedule policies for most cases, as those would be assigned through the policy groups already. You would only assigned these to schedule policies if you want to override what is already assigned to the policy groups. Undertime policies can only be defined through Schedule Policies though, as they are applied on a shift-by-shift basis.

Thank you so much finally..

I created the template for the coming months where i changed the schedule policy to deduct time but somehow this was not the case when i looked under schedule > schedule. I found another policy there so i updated the template reset everything and now its working.

Thank you very much
