employee payment method

employee payment method

After adding the payment method for an employee and clicking save, the background behind the payment method is yellow. I know in other parts of timetrex such as policies, this means that the object in question is not currently assigned to any parent object. But I can't figure out why this payment method for this employee isn't assigning itself automatically as it usually does. Also, when I attempt to process payroll for this employee, I get the error message "no hours for this employee or wage not set or no payment method assigned". Any ideas where I've gone wrong?

If something is highlighted in yellow, it would typically be a specific field on a form, which if you hover over it with your mouse it should show the warning message.

If that doesn't help, can you please attach a screenshot showing the issue?
