We've noticed that for the past few months that we aren't receiving authorization request emails from TimeTrex when a timesheet is verified. A notification is displayed in the program and we're able to authorize the timesheet, but no email communication is sent. We do receive other emails from TimeTrex, which uses our SMTP connection. We receive upgrade notices, employees receive notifications when their timesheets have been approved, etc. I even checked the SMTP log and no email was even generated when the authorization request was submitted. We're on 16.12.2. PLEASE HELP!!!
