autoupgrade server problem?

Hello, last 2 attempts at autograde failed with

"WARNING: TimeTrex automatic upgrade has failed due to a system error! Please contact your TimeTrex administrator immediately to re-run the TimeTrex installer to correct the issue. "

just checking to see if there is a known error with that server before I re-install. Anyone know?

Check your TimeTrex error log instead, it should tell you exactly whats failing, search for "ERROR".

Oh yes, that is a good tip. Looks like whatever the problem was, it no longer is and the auto-update worked fine.

I later checked the logs , but then learned that there are only 10 days of logs saved. I didn't immediately see a setting i could change for that to keep more logs, which would be nice. If i was better at managing my server, 10 days would probably be fine, but it can take a week just to get my attention sometimes. Thanks again for the tip.
