Pay perirod schedule not auto populating

My admin has tasked me with fixing our timetrex, and is not being helpful. I've looked at what he has done and it seems like everything is set up correctly but every two weeks we have to manually make the pay period, I'm under the Payroll/pay period schedules and in advanced, everything seems like it's set up "Create pay periods" is set to 16 days in advance, and auto close 3 days after transaction date. the only thing is, "TimeSheet Verification" is disabled. I could use some advice of this matter so I can fix this and maybe get a raise.

Its usually one of two things, either maintenance jobs are not running, in which case the TimeTrex administrator would receive notifications stated that, or the manually added pay periods conflict with what is attempted to be created automatically, so they fail.

If you attach screenshots of your pay period schedule, the list of pay periods, and the Help -> About page, it would help determine which is the problem.

So I as a normal user see those notifications about maintenance jobs are not running, I'm sure that's the issue.

Yes, thats definitely the problem then, if maintenance jobs aren't running there are many other problems occurring as well.

Re-run the TimeTrex web-based installer and it should give you more information as to what the problem is.

Hey Mikeb, So I reran the installer tool Friday and I didn't see anything that it fixed so I left it over the weekend to see if maybe it fixed something. I just got into work and I checked timetrex and I see one notification that the maintenance jobs are not running, If you need I can take more screenshots of what ever you need to help me figure out this issue and I appreciate the help you've given me so far!
