Can't use Mass Schedule

General support regarding TimeTrex, such as

Can't use Mass Schedule

I've download the standard edition (ver 2.1.2) for trial, but we can't get scheduling working: everytime we set a schedule for a staff and click submit, all the date item shows up as "Failed" in the status report.

what is the proper procedure of setting up staff-scheduling.

What is the full exact "failed" message you are getting?

Have you setup a pay period schedule and assigned all the employees to it as well?
