Time off for SOME staff

Time off for SOME staff

Since the DST change, when some of my staff put in a punch it is the correct time, and when other staff punch it is 1 hour off. Any ideas why some staff work and others don't?

Do they all have the same timezone set in their preferences? (MyAccount -> Preferences)
