How can regular users enter time worked as total time worked rather than punching in&out?
TimeSheet -> MyTimeSheet, then click on the total time for the given day (even if its 00:00), this will bring up the Hour List window. They can then press the Add button to add time to the day.
Its not the recommended method, but it does work. They need to be extremely careful as well, since they can adjust system times, and absence times here, which may cause problems with your policies.
