Rounding didn't work

I have configured the rounding policy for in and out punches to be strict and reoccurring schedule (11:30 AM to 6:00PM).
I punched at 11:27 AM. The system didn't rounding to 11:30AM.
It show actual time.
I check my schedule I have blue text and maintenance jobs are running.
How can I fix it?

interval: 1 min
grace: 1 min
strict: enabled

For strict rounding to work, you also need a schedule policy assigned to the schedule, with a start/stop window sufficient enough to cover early/late punches.

I assume you have assigned the Rounding Policies to the employees with a Policy Group, correct?

Yes, I assigned Rounding Policie on Policy group.

After I applied schedule on Recurring Schedule Template, it's working.
