when i translated timetrex to my language the arrows not response to my click how i can solve this problem.

How did you translate TimeTrex to your language?
If you right click on one of the arrow icons, what is the link location?

That looks correct, sounds like there is a javascript error somewhere that is maybe causing all JS to break.
You'll need to install Firefox and check the Javascript console for errors.

You never explained what you did to translate TimeTrex.
My guess is you did something that caused javascript to break. Were there any other javascript errors in the console?
It appears like the global.js.php file isn't loading at all, or isn't loading properly.
