Wrong Accrual Amount

I have created a calendar based vacation accrual applied weekly on Sunday.

My accruing amount is wrong.
For less than 1 year, accrue 80 hours
For > 1 year, accrue 88 hrs.
For > 2 yrs, accrue 96 hrs.

I fall in the > 2 yrs group. My accrual amount shows as 1.51 hrs.
I calculate it should be 96hr/52 wks = 1.846 hrs.

1.51hrs/week appears to be roughly the first milestone, or 80hrs/year. In your employee information, what is your hire date set to?

Also can you provide the exact information for each field that you have entered for your accrual policy?

Please check your accrual again, does it show 1:51 Hours or 1.51 Hours. The difference being a ":" or ".".

These are different units, so 1:51 is actually correct, because it is 1 hour and 51 minutes. Which in hours is 1.85 hours.

If you go to MyAccount -> Preferences, you can change your Time Units if you prefer a different format.
