Version History - Release Notes

How can I know what are the new features, changes, and fixes that have been added to new versions? This will help in deciding if I shall upgrade my current version or not.

In TimeTrex.com there is no such text file. Something like version history. Also, there is no such text file in Sourcefirge.net.

Each release on sourceforge contains release notes (the "Note" icon beside the file) which contains the changes in that version.

I could see it now.

These notes include very short briefs about major changes or features. Some minor fixes or bugs are very useful to know. It may deserve to update to the newer version because of this fixes.

So, I suggest to list hints about minor changes in the release notes. Just one line for each.
