need more help for step 4

i am not able to get the 4th step
i configured apache2.0
php 5.2

timetrex 1.4.1

postgresql8.1

on windows environment

after clicking next button on database configure step
it is taking 30 seconds
after that it displays blank page
it didn't create any database tables and it didn't raise any errors on php error logs

my timetrex logs shows these messages

if i uncomment the 69th line on database config.ph filr
that means
debug.setverbosity(11);

it displays
(postgres7): select datname from pg_database where datname not in ('template0','template1') order by 1 (postgres7): select datname from pg_database where datname not in ('template0','template1') order by 1

what should i do

When you set the debug verbosity to 11, it should display much more text than that. It should be on the order of several pages of text.

As well did you enable PHP error logging and restart apache as per http://forums.timetrex.com/viewtopic.php?t=89?

Thanks for giving help

my project is working now

the error is in timetrex package1.4.1

but not my configuration

i downloaded latest version timetrex1.4.2

with out changing any thing in my system it is working

in that project they are giving administrator manual only in that

they give small information

i want to full manual not only admin another users also

where will i get that manual
