how to install on a mac

I am having a terrible time installing TimTrex on my MacBook air laptop (big sure v11.6). Are there any video tutorials on how to install TimeTrex on a mac? I have downloaded the zipped file from your earlier email, but upon unzipping, I do not see the app icon to install and open the app. I am incredibly lost. Please advise.
