Hello,
We updated the Accrual Policy to include Hour Based PTO.
I made sure the Policy Group for the employees include the PTO accrual policy.
However, when I recalculate timesheet for employee, it does not appear that the updated PTO accrual policy is taking effect.
Specifically, when I select Accrual Balances (under Attendance), it show that "No Results Found".
Can you help guide me to do this correctly?
I am using the Community cloud version 15.1.0.

Please provide screenshots of your Accrual Policy, including each tab.

You don't have a Contributing Shift Policy set under the "Accrual Policy" tab, so there is nothing to calculate the PTO accrual balance on.
