Rounding of State Tax

Is there anyway to round the final State (Colorado) tax amount? I show a state tax of $64.33, when our state only allows whole numbers, such as $64.00. I would like this extra amount added back into the final pay, shown on pay stub.
Before rounding: State Tax $64.33 Net Pay $1172.66
After rounding : State Tax $64.00 Net Pay $1172.99
