We are trying to set a Christmas Eve Holiday. The office is open the normal time, people start at different times. The Office closes at 3 pm and we want every one to get Holiday Pay for the remainder of the day.
Is there any way to do this?

There are several ways to handle this, each way can depend on several factors though. Without more information, the easiest way is to do a Mass Schedule for employees and schedule them absent from 3PM to 5PM, giving them 2 hours of holiday pay. (or however long).
If you already schedule employees, the schedule would like this:
8:00AM to 3:00PM (Working)
3:00PM to 5:00PM (Absent: Holiday)
If you already schedule employees, the schedule would like this:
8:00AM to 3:00PM (Working)
3:00PM to 5:00PM (Absent: Holiday)
