Needed to fine tune check printing position, but the Advanced tab supposed to be available per:

Is not available for check only for ACH/EFT

See the code is still in the php files for cheque forms. Have not been able to follow what table it pulls vertical and horizontal alignment values from. Could you advise so can enter manually in database and at least be able to print without having to go line by line creating new cheque form.

The Advanced tab isn't functionality that exists in the Community Edition, so we will get the documentation corrected.

You can use your own printer settings to adjust the margins for alignment though.
