Disable In-Out;only showing duration

Hi, im quite new in Timetrex, therefore I have a lot of questions that are waiting to be answered. Is it possible to use the mobile app in the community edition to let the employee punch in and punch out via the mobile phone? I also have a question regarding the planning view: for our employee it is *NOT* necessary to be exactly there at 8 a.m, rather they're getting a specific time in which the object must been done. So I don't need to see "8:00-10:00", 2h would be pretty enough for my case. The time needs to be visible as seeing in the attachment. Further, is it possible to set the employee as "sick" --> shift should be unassigned: Is that possible.
