TimeTrex Time and Attendance

Sorry for the probably pretty silly questions LOL.

So I work for an old school fence construction company. We have an accountant that pays all of our payroll taxes ect is there a way for me to opt out of TimeTrex paying them for me? Also I hand write checks and will not be printing them out (as I said one of the owners is VERY old school) is this going to cause issues or errors for me?

TimeTrex does not pay taxes for you automatically, it simply tells you how much you need to pay.

As far handwriting checks, it will tell you what amount to write on the check and you can handwrite them that way as well.
