TimeTrex Time and Attendance

I added a new employee yesterday and it worked fine. Today I set a password change for the employee to login in and create their own password. I get the following message:

"insufficient access to modify permissions for this employee"

Sorry, is that error message one you see when logged in as an administrator trying to change the employees password, or one the employee sees when they are trying to change their own password?
